Commercial Advisors, LLC, formerly a branch office of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), began business operations in late 1992 as Commercial Tennessee. Larry Jensen, a former managing director and broker for C&W, assumed leadership of the Memphis operation.
With a team including several former C&W brokers, Commercial Tennessee expanded the broad client base already firmly established through service excellence while under the C&W banner. Today, the firm, known as Commercial Advisors, provides client-focused business real estate advisory services. Commercial Advisors is a market-leader in client representation, balancing the advisory component with the execution of lease and sales transactions.
In addition, Commercial Advisors helped establish a partner company, Commercial Alliance Management, LLC. Mark Jenkins and Dan Wahl lead Commercial Alliance Management with primary focus on landlord representation and property management services. Through this partnership and their separate business concentrations, the two companies provide a full range of business resources for a broad base of local, regional, and national clients.
