Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC, (CPSWFL) an independently owned and operated, full-service commercial real estate firm provides core services in office, industrial and retail brokerage; tenant and buyer representation; investment services; land acquisition, disposition and development and market research/reporting capabilities. The firm also provides services to help financial institutions address the impact of the current economic and financial environment on their distressed real estate assets, as well as auctioning services.
The launch of CPSWFL represents a transition for the firm’s founder and brokerage professionals from a wholly-owned Cushman & Wakefield office to an Alliance office. The transition allowed CPSWFL to expand throughout the region while maintaining a high level of service to its clients in the Southwest Florida region.
The sales brokerage team is lead by president, Greg Morris, a 30-plus year executive in the real estate investment, development, acquisition, financing and disposition industries. Gary Tasman, founder and executive director has more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry with expertise in office, retail and industrial site analysis as well as expertise with market and feasibility studies. Scott Robertson, Shawn Stoneburner and Brandon Stoneburner complete the brokerage team.
