Nexus specializes in providing total real estate solutions for multinational corporations as well as Thai and foreign developers, investors, banks and government agencies. Nexus currently employs over 40 staff of which over 20% hold Master Degrees in real estate-related field, the highest ratio among international real estate service providers in Bangkok. Nexus completed over Baht 2 billion worth of real estate transactions in 2002, including ones of the largest investment and office transactions in Bangkok central business district.
