Account Associate - Transaction Real Estate

 

Account Associate --   Real Estate Transactions


Job Summary


This position is responsible for account/data management for one of our leading clients. In addition, you will be overseeing small domestic lease acquisitions and disposition assignment, performing document preparation, collecting and entering portfolio data into client’s data base, assisting in the development and delivery of financial analyses, and preparing presentation materials and communications.

 

Principle Responsibilities

 

-        Collect and enter portfolio data into clients real estate information system ensuring

         completeness and accuracy

-        Coordinate data updates with clients portfolio managers

-        Participate in and/or coordinate team, business unit, and project specific conference calls

-        Track active projects and prepare status reports

-        Interface with real estate brokers in local markets to provide project status as required

-        Assist with the preparation of pitches and analysis on as needed basis

-        Involvement with account management leadership on certain transactions and support

         account management activities

-        Support the related needs of clients internal departments including legal, environmental,

          finance, and international operational teams

-        Input of all transactions into client information system and monitor approval workflows

-        Coordinate and track lease execution and other project related documents

-        Monitor project timelines and resolve / escalate variances

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • New Jersey Real estate salesperson license
  • 1 – 3 years of commercial real estate experience.  


Required Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Financial analysis experience and familiarity with financial concepts
  • Good understanding of commercial real estate concepts and lease language.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and in consistency and quality
  • Ability to multi task
  • Team player
