Job Description
Facilities Technician

Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following
position:
Facilities Technician - Seattle, WA
Purpose of the Job:
Perform demand building maintenance; meeting room setup; event setup; moves, adds, and changes. Provide a high level of customer service to hands-on client.
Principle responsibilities:
- Perform moves, add, and changes
- Meeting room reconfigurations and setup
- Event setup (10 - 900 person events)
- Perform building maintenance as requested through work order system (replace light bulbs, minor repairs, signage changes, lock replacement, etc.)
- Assurance of quality of service
- Escalate projects to Facilities Supervisor as needed
- Attend Workplace Safety Training
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Participate in emergency action plan procedures
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year industry related experience
- 07 Electrical Trainee Card
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with buildings and daily operations
Required Skills
- Ability to learn multiple processes and protocols
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to be flexible, handling last minute changes
- First-rate communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, BIG and other tools used for facilities management
- Ability to work as part of a team to complete multi-person projects
