Building Engineer

Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Building
Engineer - Seattle, WA
Job Summary
Performing building maintenance and operations services, responding to building maintenance issues and emergencies.
Principal Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance of building equipment
- Assurance of quality of service
- Troubleshooting building equipment issues
- Work with third-party vendors and ensure proper scope and process of contract
- Perform demand repairs on building equipment as assigned by work order system
- Adhere and promote C&W Workplace Safety and Maintenance programs
- Ensure building equipment and rooms are clean and professionally maintained
- Attend training as required
- Perform operational logs on operating equipment.
- Complete and support minor tenant improvement projects (modular wall system)
- Light painting and patching.
Knowledge & Experience
- 07 Electrical License or Trainee Card
- Ability to obtain Class 4 Boiler?s License
- Universal Refrigeration License
- Familiar with modern building systems and operations.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, BIG and other tools used for CMMS
- Ability to respond to and resolve emergencies
- Ability to troubleshoot building equipment issues
- Ability to work as part of a team with other engineers to complete multi-person projects.
