Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Transaction Service Delivery Manager

This position is responsible for the delivery, management, and reporting processes related to commercial real estate transaction management services for a portfolio of properties for a Fortune 500 company.  You will be on site working directly with the client real estate group and their business units and responsible for all aspects of the real property transaction processes.

Job Summary

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the development of business case reports, oversight of the entire approval through transaction delivery and close out process, coordination with internal client teams, management of field brokerage professionals and other subject matter experts necessary to deliver an integrated solution to our client.
 

Principle Responsibilities

 

  • Able to lead all aspects of transaction management account relationship and ensure overall service delivery
  • Responsible for portfolio optimization and work place strategy
  • Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications
  • Responsible for budgeting, revenue and profit tracking of all transactions
  • Report profitability results to senior management
  • Design reporting products to meet the clients' unique requirements and ensures accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy of all client materials
  • Lead and / or facilitate client meetings
  • Process management development and implementation
  • Implement standardized processes that create maximum efficiencies and value add
  • Oversee development of standard forms and procedures
  • Develop performance measurements for internal benchmarking
  • Overall management for transaction service delivery
  • Coordinate and/or oversee lease negotiations and management of transactions, as executed by local broker
  • Coordinate legal review of all client leased/owned documents
  • Hire and manage brokers assigned to current projects
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Project tracking and reporting including performance measurement and value add
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Accountable for accuracy of data in clients' portfolio management systems
  • Provide written and oral reporting of critical lease action items
  • Lead the development strategic plans and provide real estate strategic advice to clients
  • Identify occupancy cost saving strategies
  • Develop occupancy expansion I contraction strategies
  • Ensure implementation of agreed upon strategy
  • Produce and/or support business case development
  • Prepare reports, data and financial analyses toward the completion of a strategic plan
  • Execute strategies by developing action plans
  • Quantify and report on occupancy cost savings and value added

Knowledge & Experience:

  • BA degree required, Advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10 years Real Estate experience, project management & business development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong competency in Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning & execution
  • Excellent real estate financial analysis skills and familiarity with accounting concepts required
  • Computer: Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including ability to perform Internet based research
  • Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including experience in contract management & compliance
  • Financial analysis
  • Managing multiple resources
  • Expert level Presentation skills
  • Competency in Resource Allocation and Implementation
  • Accomplished relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities required
  • Experience in running meetings in a professional and efficient manner

  • Competency in Strategic Planning and Real Estate Market Analysis
  • Competency in program management with multiple projects and/or accounts
