Marketing Specialist – Sacramento, CA

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist position provides general administrative support to the brokerage teams, including preparation and distribution of various documents and packages, collecting market and property information for analysis, and tracking projects/transactions.  The Marketing Specialist provides support as required to all areas of broker activities, including communications, mailings, phone coverage, expense reporting, packaging and contributing as needed to the Branch and C&W infrastructure.

 

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

This position provides marketing, research and administrative support critical to the overall success of a brokerage team.  This position supports brokers in the representation of our clients in the underwriting, performance of due diligence, packaging and marketing of properties.

 

Performs the lead writing role in Marketing deliverables, drafting original content, compiling standard language, and identifying appropriate text, concepts, and salient points that add value

 

Controls content in Marketing deliverables from project inception to project delivery —research, content development, editing, proofing, and the project management of deadline-driven deliverables

 

Compile information for landlord activity reports for broker team

 

Organize/edit transaction documents, including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, etc., to ensure that all parties have copies of required documents

 

Prepare market surveys;

 

Handle client contact, including database management;

 

Schedules meetings and travel as necessary and screens calls;

 

Research ownership, facts, other property related information, etc.

 

Update Pipeline/drafts RTDs for supervising C&W real estate professional review;

 

Perform other administrative tasks required by C&W to facilitate the transaction of C&W’s real estate business.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

 

2-4 Years of experience, preferably in real estate

 

Required Skills

 

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite;

 

Intermediate proficiency in desktop publishing software;

 

Advanced oral and written communication skills;

 

Excellent organizational skills;

 

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;

 

Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles;

 

Strong research skills;

 

Ability to multitask;

 

CA Real Estate license preferred (but not required);
