The Challenge

Linklaters is a law firm which specialises in advising the world's leading companies, financial institutions and governments on their most challenging transactions and assignments. With offices in major business and financial centres, they deliver high quality services to Clients anywhere in the world.

The Milan PJM Team was instructed with the Project Design, Work Direction and Project Management for the fit-out of the new Milan offices. The mandate included also the tendering process to select the fitting out choices.

Our Impact

Our brief was to deliver 1,500 sq m of the very highest quality office and meeting space in one of the most prestigious buildings in the commercial and financial centre of Milan.

  • In order to deliver the quality of space and finish the client was looking for the C&W Project Management team had to incorporate this into the design and programme right from the outset of the project.  Through applying their extensive experience and knowledge the team were able to manage the programme in such a way as to meet all of the clients objectives.

The Outcome

The C&W project management team delivered the new office space on time, to budget and to the exacting specifications of the client.  With the focus being on the high quality and elegance of the space the client was very pleased with the result.

The importance given to the detail, the selection of high quality finishing, the quest for elegant and technological solutions from the very first stages of the project design, all contributed to the success of the final result.
