Nespresso, Lisboa

The brief
The street Rua do Carmo is located in Chiado, next to the Chiado gallery. It is a retail area by excellence, directed for a more trendy fashion.
The unit has approximately 100 sq.m., only at ground level.
C&W was instructed to lease the unit.

Solution
Given that Nespresso was placed in the same building, but facing Rua Garrett only, and was in need of a larger space, C&W presented the simplest solution, to unite internally the two units, thus increasing the sales area.
C&W established very specific goals: we had the privilege of knowing Nespresso’s need and the landlord’s preferences regarding a new tenant. We arranged a meeting with both parties involved and soon concluded the deal.

Conclusion
C&W concluded successfully the deal with Nespresso, saving them the need of a replacement in another unit of the same area.
The fact that C&W had knowledge of Nespresso’s need made the conclusion of deal to be much more quickly. Nespresso was completely interested in being able to remain in that space, as well as the Landlord, so as to keep this excellent tenant.
