In 2009, C&W acted for Citi in undertaking the following key transactions / services.• Disposal of surplus space to multiple tenants of 100,000+ sq ft of space at Canary Wharf –
ahead of the other occupiers ensuring best possible terms achieved.
• Strategic sale and leaseback of an office in Milan for a sales price of over €40m.
