The Challenge
At a height reaching 600 meters, Shanghai Tower - Asia's tallest building, was envisioned as an astonishing 'vertical city' that would symbolize China's might, and Shanghai's robust economic growth. Upon planned completion in 2013, this landmark will provide over 5 million square feet on 120 levels, comprising an innovative mix of prime class 'A' office, high-end destination retail, luxury hotel, service apartments, cultural arts exhibition and event space and observation decks. The complexity of the project required the most sophisticated, cutting edge real estate services.
