combined solution”.
The final choice would be 1600 sqm in Edifício Europa.
Solution
Design and procurement management and coordination.
Integrating Motorola direct purchases and contractors into works program.
Close personal contact with local personnel to ensure all technical requirements were carefully
implemented.
Project Management of fit out, furniture installation, data/computer installation more and
re-instatement of old building to the requirements of the old lease contract.
Conclusion
Move from old space to the new carried out to the full satisfaction of the UK based and
local client.
Client now occupying one floor in a newly fitted out modern office instead of various part
floor of a much older installation.
