Portland OR
C&W entered the Pacific Northwest market in 1979 through acquisition of the Gilley Company, establishing offices in Portland and Seattle. While small in size compared to other C&W offices, the Portland branch supports a full range of real estate services (Transaction Services, Client Solutions, Capital Markets and ancillary support services).
The Portland branch employs an outstanding team of 19 office, industrial, retail and investment brokers. In 2006, the Portland branch completed approximately 200 transactions with aggregate rental value of $73.4M and sale price of $229.2M. In addition, the staff includes 12 commercial appraisers completing appraisal assignments on some of the most prestigious properties in the area and throughout the U.S. The Client Solutions Group, manages property totaling 2.6M square feet and provides facilities management for 200K square feet.
