properties in Germany.

Project Management plan and supervise fit-out and conversion of all property types,
carry out due diligence and, in the form of our in-house developed EcoAssessment, provide a
first-class tool for the assessment and implementation of green and sustainability
solutions.

Lease Administration provide tenant representation including support in lease
negotiations.
Transaction & Lease Advisory comprises our Business Space department providing all letting and leasing services to tenants and owners: The Office Agency and Industrial Agency expert teams are complemented by our Retail team whose expertise is in high-street and shopping-centre retail property.
