Cushman & Wakefield has been actively operating in the Middle East since 2000 and
re-opened its regional headquarters in Dubai in 2008.
We provide a full range of consultancy services across all sections or the commercial real
estate market to both our local and international clients throughout the region. We also
provide overseas investment advice for local investors looking at global markets served by the
Cushman & Wakefield worldwide network.
This region has witnessed unprecedented growth over the last decade; however, more recently it
has felt the impact of the global economic decline. We believe in working closely with our
clients in this challenging period to anticipate and take advantage of potential
opportunities.
We act for both public and private sector companies – including multinational corporations,
financial institutions, developers, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, government
entities and small to large sized companies. At every stage of the real estate process, we
advise, implement and manage on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers and investors.
Over the last 2 years we have worked in over 25 countries across the Middle East and Africa.
Our major international clients include NSN, Nokia and GlaxoSmithKline. We also represent a
number of well known major Middle Eastern funds on a worldwide basis.
Our Hospitality team are one of the most active in the region working on a diverse range of
leisure and mixed-use schemes. They offer a full scope of services including development
consultancy, valuation, property management and operator selection.
Our team, here in Dubai, would be delighted to talk to you about any of our services in the
region.
