Movianto Slovensko s.r.o., a provider of logistics services for the pharmaceutical
industry, is establishing its Slovakian office and distribution centre in the ProLogis Park in
Senec, near Bratislava. The company began business operations in August this year. The
logistics service provider has leased a unit with a total area of almost 4,500 sq m which will
be equipped and serve as a pharmaceutical state-of-the-art warehouse. The US-based developer
ProLogis is the developer of the ProLogis Park in Senec. Cushman & Wakefield, a real
estate consultancy, was involved in the transaction.
“MOVIANTO was looking for warehousing space in Bratislava, or in the vicinity of the
D1 motorway. As the storage of pharmaceutical goods must be done fulfilling the most stringent
requirements, the warehousing space has to meet this wide range of quality standards. Cushman
& Wakefield opened a tendering procedure for developers, resulting in several developers
and owners of warehousing facilities in the required locality signing up for the tendering
procedure. Following consultations with the Cushman & Wakefield team, MOVIANTO selected
ProLogis with their logistics park in Senec near Bratislava as the winning developer,”

transaction.
Movianto Slovensko s.r.o is part of the European Movianto Group, a logistics company
specialised in pharmaceutical logistics and services along the supply chain. The Group is
present in 13 European countries and serves large pharmaceutical companies with their logistic
and distribution needs.
At present, the last 5,000 sq m out of a total of 180,000 sq m are still unoccupied in the
ProLogis Park in Senec. Developer ProLogis is preparing the construction of another
approximately 70,000 sq m of warehousing space in Senec.
