New Head Of Project Management Appointed in Portugal

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has announced today that Matthew Smith has joined the firm as Head of Project Management.
Matthew Smith has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glamorgan, Wales. Prior to joining C&W, Matthew was a Project Manager at Forma Activa – Consultores de Engenharia S.A., a Portuguese consultancy firm, where he project managed important projects, such as Sintra Business Park and Praça de Espanha Office Centre.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team has been recently responsible for the development of several fit-outprojects for the new headquarters of major companies like Motorola (Lisbon and Oporto), Ferring, Lucent, BMW, Geotur and also C&W’s own offices in Lisbon. In the retail sector, the team is responsiblefor managing the projects of Aldo, FootLocker and Game’s new stores in Portugal.
