  • C&W Negotiates Lease For US Investigations Services

    Cushman & Wakefield recently represented US Investigations Services (USIS) in its lease of 12,752 square feet at 4000 Legato Road in Fairfax, Virginia.

    USIS Provides security, staffing and training solutions for government clients, including background investigations and clearances. The 10-year lease is a relocation and expansion from an Annandale Virginia location.  The landlord is Thomas Properties Group of Philadelphia.  The building is undergoing major renovations.
