C&W to Host Event at Morris Crossroads Corporate Center in Mount Olive
Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. will host an open house showcasing Northern New Jersey’s
largest available Class A campus on Thursday, Oct. 25. Featuring 950,000 square feet of space
divisible to 150,000 square feet, Morris Crossroads Corporate Center is located at 3000
Continental Drive North in Mount Olive.
Members of the commercial real estate brokerage community are invited to attend the open
house, which will feature tours, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and giveaways. For more
information or to RSVP, please call Heather at 973-292-4619.
The first 30 office brokers to attend the event will receive an iPod Shuffle or a personal
DVD player. All attendees are eligible to win one of three 42” Plasma TVs or one of 15
Apple iPhones.
The 97-acre site includes five interconnected Class A buildings, which were developed
between 1994 and 1998. Development rights on an adjacent land parcel offer another 700,000
square feet. Property features include state-of-the-art technology and security systems,
redundant power, excellent flexibility for a wide range of occupiers, landscaped grounds, a
two-story glass-walled cafeteria, extensive outdoor walking trails, and a total of 2,482
parking spaces within two garages.
“Its extensive, modern infrastructure makes Morris Crossroads Corporate Center a
terrific alternative to new construction,” noted Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert
Donnelly. “With occupancy costs 60 to 80 percent lower than Manhattan, and the added
benefits of the reverse commute and suburban appeal of western Morris County, this campus truly
presents an unparalleled large-block leasing opportunity.”
An affiliate of BPG Properties, Ltd. (BPG), the real estate investment manager for Berwind
Property Group, Ltd. and other major institutional investors acquired Morris Crossroads
Corporate Center in 2006. The property is being managed by BPG Management Company, L.P., which
has completed extensive lobby and common-area renovations, and introduced an on-site fitness
center and new landscape program.
Located just off Exit 25 of I-80, 3000 Continental Drive North is part of the International
Trade Center campus, a 680-acre corporate park that is home to BMW, COTY, Federal Express,
Seiko and other leading corporations. The master development also has a child care center, an
NJ Transit train station, a helipad, a Wyndham Hotel and a Marriott Residence Inn.
