"This is a company with a great brand and leadership position in the industry on a global basis, and I'm excited to be a part of the team pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and building around some of the highest-caliber multifamily talent in the industry, many of whom I've had the privilege of working with previously."

He started his career as a consultant with Cresap/Towers Perrin Management Consultants.
Mr. Weilbach received an MBA from The Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles in Real Estate and Finance. He also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Stanford University.
