One Georgia Center Sold for $48.6 Million

Cushman & Wakefield's Southeast Capital Markets Group has represented Cousins Properties in
the sale of One Georgia Center. The 375,085 square foot, Class A, 28-story office tower is
located at 600 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta. Government Properties Income Trust of Newton,
Mass. acquired the building on September 30, 2011. The sale price was $48,600,000. The sale was
completed by Stewart Calhoun, David Meline, Samir Idris and Casey Masters of Cushman &
Wakefield.
Fully renovated between 2004 and 2008, the property occupies a prominent position in the
Midtown Atlanta skyline and is anchored by AAA-rated tenant Georgia Department of
Transportation.

LEED-Gold certified building in location with superb visibility and unmatched vehicular and
