C&W Negotiates Office Lease at Challenger South, Phase I

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced a new lease signed by Carley Corporation. The 16,737 square foot office lease is located at Phase I of Challenger South (12600 Challenger Court).

Steve Coughlin and Joe Hills of Cushman & Wakefield's Orlando office represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, CTSouth Ltd was represented by Taurus Management.
