
Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate advisory firm has represented Panattoni
Europe in the negotiations of a lease agreement with international company SAUER - DANFOSS, one
of the largest manufacturers of engineered hydraulic and electronic systems for mobile
equipment in the world.
Sauer – Danfoss has leased 18,750 m2 of production and warehouse space and 2,154 m2 of office
and social space in Panattoni Park Wrocław.
Panattoni Park Wrocław logistic centre is located in Bielany Wrocławskie, 11 km from the
centre of Wroclaw, near the intersection of A4 motorway and E-67 expressway. Favorable location
provides excellent communication links and location 9 km from the airport ensures direct
connections to most European capitals. Total space in the scheme is to be 84,000 m2. The
building will be 10 m high, with column grid – 12 x 24 m, concrete non-dusting floors of 5 T/m2
load capacity, loading docks with dock seals, sprinkler system and 24-hour security. The scheme
will feature maneuvering area and parking for trucks and cars.
Mariusz Król, Operational Director in Sauer – Danfoss said: ”In the first half of 2009 we
are planning to open a new manufacturing facility in Bielany Wrocławskie. Staffing plan will be
designed gradually and will cover all functional areas of the firm. We aim to employ 400
employees. The production workers will include: CNC grinder operator, grinders, assembly
workers, mechanics, and employees of the following departments: technical, quality, logistics,
finance and administration”.
