Cushman & Wakefield appointed to lease Chiado Terrasse Building

Cushman & Wakefield was exclusively appointed by Fundimo (Real Estate Investment Fund Management Company of the Caixa Geral Depósitos) for the leasing of Chiado Terrasse building.

The building owned by Fundimo is located on Rua António Maria Cardoso, in the centre of Chiado, Lisbon. Developed in one of the most historical cinemas in Lisbon – Chiado Terrasse – the building comprises 3 floors, totalling 1,254 m2 of offices, 2 floors of underground parking, as well as a retail area with an independent entrance.

The building was refurbished– on the exterior and interior, providing spacious office floors with natural light and flexibility of space.

The privileged location in the centre of Chiado, quick access to the various main axes of Lisbon, the excellent public transportation system (Metro Baixa/Chiado, Cais do Sodré river and train station, tramways), its charm characterized by the luxury business and residential segments and the intense cultural component São Carlos National Theatre and São Luís Theatre, make this building the ideal place for companies to obtain centrality and visibility.
