Rafajlovič promoted to associate

Alexander Rafajlovič from Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy, was promoted to Associate position. Achieving the Associate level represents the first step towards being appointed a Partner in the company.

Alexander Rafajlovič is Head of Research for Czech Republic and Slovakiaand has almost seven years of experience with real estate research. His position involves research and data gathering, feasibility and consultancy advice across all sectors of the property market including retail, office, logistics and residential.

Alexander joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 from Siemens Real Estate (2004-2007). He graduated from the

University of Economics in Prague with a degree in international trade and company valuation. Alexander is member of the European Research Group of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He speaks fluent English, German and Hungarian.
