Cushman & Wakefield appointed exclusive advisor on the sale of Orkana Gallery in Lublin

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been exclusively instructed by Endurance Fund to dispose of Orkana Gallery.

Galeria Orkana is a modern shopping centre located in Lublin at Orkana Street with a very strong location opposite Tesco Extra and OBI. The property comprises a gross leasable area of approx. 7,956 sq.m and houses nearly 50 retail and services units arranged over two floors. It features a number of new renowned brands that entered the Lublin market such as Bata, Orsay, Reserved, Vistula, Bartek, Carry, Venezia. The shopping centre offers around 245 parking lots. It was opened in August 2006.
