Cushman & Wakefield, the global real estate firm, will represent the interests of ZAO
“Moskva-Macdonalds” in the sale of office building at Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow.
An exclusive agreement for consultancy services was sighed in February 2012. Cushman &
Wakefield will be responsible for the buyer search and deal structuring.
The office building at Krasnya Presnya, is situated in close proximity to the metro station
“Ulitza 1905 Goda”. The building was built in 1996. The total area of the building is 3 713
sq.m., with the office part being 3 077 sq.m. and a McDonald’s restaurant on the first
level.
