Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services
firm, today announced the appointment of Sergey Riabokobylko as General Director of its Moscow
office with effect from June 1st 2012.
Sergey Riabokobylko, Senior Executive Director, Partner and co-founder of Stiles &
Riabokobylko which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, will succeed Tim Millard
who has served as General Manager of Cushman & Wakefield, Russia since 2010. Tim will
relocate to London and work within the Cross-Border Capital Markets team headed by Michael
Rhydderch.
Sergey Riabokobylko is a Partner and Member of the Board of Management and co-founder of
Cushman & Wakefield in Russia. As General Director he will be responsible for the firm’s
overall management and strategic development in Russia. He began his commercial real estate
career in Moscow in 1994, and has experience in investment and development advisory, brokerage,
corporate property strategy, investment sales and marketing. Sergey holds a degree in
Linguistics from the Moscow State Linguistics University. He also studied Literature and
International Relations at Pomona College and Real Estate Finance at CIREI in the US. In 2006,
he completed executive management studies at INSEAD in France. He is a Fellow of the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Tim Millard began his long and successful career with Cushman & Wakefield, Russia in
2003 and set up and ran the Valuation and Development Consultancy teams for five years. He was
appointed General Director of the Moscow Office in 2010 succeeding Mark Stiles.
Cushman & Wakefield has more than 15 years of history in Russia with more than 150
employees working in the Moscow office. In 2011, Cushman & Wakefield in Russia advised on a
number of milestone deals in all sectors of commercial real estate and maintained a leadership
position in capital markets and office sectors. In 2011, Cushman & Wakefield advised on
three of the top five largest office market deals in Russia, among them the largest office
lease transaction between Hals Development and Mail.Ru Group of 29,900 square meters at the
SkyLight Business Center in Moscow.
