Fläkt Bovent has chosen to continue its lease of space in the warehouse and logistics
park Panattoni Park Pruszków I. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the
renegotiation of its lease.
Fläkt Bovent sp. z o.o. is part of the Fläkt Woods Group, which is a leading global supplier
of air-technology based solutions for public buildings, infrastructure and industry. Products
of Fläkt Woods provide air ventilation in many buildings across the world, including the
Channel Tunnel and the National Stadium in Warsaw.
Constructed in 2007, the warehouse and logistics park Panattoni Park Pruszków I is located
around 800 metres from trunk road No. 2 (E30) linking Warsaw and Poznań and near the Pruszków
interchange along the A2 motorway from Berlin to Moscow. It is owned by the investment fund
Tetsuo Investments sp. z o.o., while Panattoni Europe is its developer and manager.
Fläkt Bovent has leased nearly 3,290 sq.m of warehouse space and over 500 sq.m of office
space.
