Cushman & Wakefield Represents Medical Equipment Manufacturer in Office Lease

Cushman & Wakefield has completed the lease of 128,400 square feet of office space at 6 Tech Drive in Andover, MA on behalf of the tenant, Draeger Medical Systems. Previously located in Danvers, MA, Draeger has leased the entire two-story office building.

The building is easily accessible by Interstates 495 and 93. There is a cafeteria located on-site and area amenities include a day care, golf course, restaurants and retail.
