Cushman & Wakefield opens office in Kiev

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the international commercial real estate organisation, has opened a new office in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev. The office is managed by Bud Moore, who has relocated to the C&W office in Kiev from Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko in Moscow. The team in Kiev consists of 15 employees and offers the full range of real estate advisory services.
The Ukrainian market is becoming increasingly more attractive for international investors and companies. C&W has already been exclusively contracted in the Ukraine by Deloitte CIS and Chadbourne & Parke. In addition, C&W advises institutional investors such as Scorpio, Dawnay Day and the Quinn Group.
