Mary Kay Cosmetics has become the new tenant of Gate One Business Park in Warsaw. It will
take around 1,400 sq m of warehouse and office space. Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s
largest privately owned real estate services firm, represented the tenant in the lease
transaction.
Mary Kay Cosmetics is a manufacturer and distributor of personal care and women’s beauty
products and is active in more than 30 global markets. In Poland it has operated since 2003 and
it continues to expand strongly.
Gate One Business Park is a modern office and warehouse park offering warehouse space
suitable for businesses prefering small business units (starting with 1,200 sq m) and high
quality office space. The concept allows also to meet the requirements for bigger space by the
possibility of joining business units together. The facility is located at 62 Działkowa Street
in Warsaw in the proximity to the Frederic Chopin International Airport. It provides a total of
19,100 sq m of leasable space, including 15,550 sq m of warehouse space on the ground floor and
3,550 sq m of office space on the mezzanine level. The investor of Gate One Business Park is
Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H., the general contractor is Strabag. The
park opened in August 2012.
