Real Estate Veteran Joins Client Solutions

Dezzutti to Support Expanding Practice in the U.S.

In a move to enhance the firm’s growing service to corporate and institutional clients, Cushman & Wakefield today announced that commercial real estate veteran Bert Dezzutti has joined the firm as Executive Managing Director, Agency Leasing and Property Management. Mr. Dezzutti is based in Los Angeles.

In his new position, Mr. Dezzutti will be responsible for establishing and executing a successful agency leasing and property management strategy for the United States. He will be responsible for managing the firm’s overall service delivery as well as driving business development, cross-selling, marketing and expanding services to REITs and institutional owners.

A senior executive with more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Dezzutti has been involved in the underwriting, acquisition, development and disposition of nearly 25 million square feet of office properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was a Senior Vice President at Equity Office Properties Trust, where he was responsible for the overall financial performance and total return for 17 million square feet of assets in Southern California. Previously, he was a Vice President, Leasing, and a Director of Leasing for Equity Office in California.

Mr. Dezzutti also held senior level real estate positions at Transwestern Property Company, Koll Development Company and CB Commercial.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, with a BS in Business Administration.
