Mexx appoints C&W/H&B across Benelux

Mexx Europe Holding B.V has appointed Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) as its exclusive real estate services provider for its Mexx and Liz Claiborne stores in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Mexx Europe Holding is planning to increase the number of Mexx and Liz Claiborne stores, as well as stores of its new formulas, including Monet and Lucky Brand Jeans, in the forthcoming years.
Michiel van der Nol of C&W/H&B says: "We are looking for units of between 70 sq m and 600 sq m in the main towns of The Netherlands and Belgium. In Luxembourg the ideal surface is between 500 sq m and 700 sq m."
