Two weeks after Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker was voted Best Commercial
Property Consultant in the Czech Republic, the Firm has also scooped the Award for Best
Commercial Property Consultant in Hungary.
The Award winners were chosen by readers in the Czech Republic and Hungary of Construction
Investment Journal (CiJ), the leading Central and Eastern European real estate publication.
In Budapest, the Award was accepted by Charles Taylor, Head of C&W/H&B’s Hungarian
office, which numbers 38 professionals. "We are very proud to have received this Award, in
particular because it comes from our clients, our peers and our partners in Hungary," said
Charles.
In the Czech Republic, this is the third time that C&W/H&B has won Best Commercial
Property Consultant, having also won the accolade in 2001 and 2003. "This serves to
confirm the high quality of services that we offer and the true partnership that we continue to
build with our clients," said Jonathan Hallett, who heads a team of 61 professionals.
Among the other Award winners in the Czech Republic was Nile House, a scheme by Austrian
developer Europolis and for which C&W/H&B is sole letting agent. It won Best Office
Development.
The CiJ Award is not the only one won by C&W/H&B Prague this year. The company was
also announced as one of the 41 'Superbrands' of the Czech Republic in June.
On a regional level, C&W/H&B was named European Commercial Agent of the Year at the
2005 European Property Awards held at the international property exposition ExpoReal in Munich,
Germany, in October.
