Two New Recruits For Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Development & Planning Group

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Philip Prince and Catherine Stephens to its new Development & Planning Group. Under the leadership of William Jackson, the Group brings together the firm’s development consultancy, planning, residential and public sector teams.

Philip joins as a partner from Lambert Smith Hampton and will focus on Cushman & Wakefield’s growing public sector business, including the firm’s recent four year appointment as the London Borough of Ealing’s estates management advisors.

Catherine joins as a Senior Planner from GVA Grimley, specialising in retail planning.

William Jackson said: “We are delighted to welcome Philip and Catherine to the Development & Planning Group. These are key appointments in the Group’s strategy to build our London and retail business lines and to provide an integrated set of services throughout the development process, from concept through to completion.”
