Nina Jansen and Andreas Gast are leaving Jones Lang LaSalle to jointly lead the Property
& Asset Management business of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in Germany: Nina Jansen
joins as a Partner and will be based in C&W’s Dusseldorf office from the third quarter of
2012. Andreas Gast also joins as a Partner, based in C&W’s Frankfurt office as of the
second quarter.
Nina Jansen was with JLL since 2004, latterly as Associate Director in the role of Team Leader
Property & Asset Management NRW responsible for a 25-strong team Düsseldorf. Andreas Gast
joined JLL in 2006 and was latterly Associate Director in the role of Team Leader Property
& Asset Management Frankfurt and Stuttgart also responsible for a 25-strong team.

C&W currently has around 7,000 professionals world-wide, managing some 10,000 properties
totalling 73 million m² of building area. In EMEA, approximately 600 employees in 16 countries
manage over 4,000 properties with around 15 million m² of lettable area.
