Cushman & Wakefield Represents AIC Investment Co. in Acquisition of Goodyear Industrial Building

The industrial building located within Estrella Crossing Business Park at 15635 W. Illini St. has sold for $6,600,000.

The property, which was built specifically for and is fully occupied by The Arizona Republic, contains 25,000 square feet of industrial space. It was sold by Star Crossing LLC of Phoenix to AIC Investment Co. of El Segundo, CA.
