
Cushman & Wakefield today announced Mark Johnson has joined the firm as Director of
Property Management, Healthcare Facilities. Based in Rosemont, Illinois, Mr. Johnson will
oversee the company's robust service delivery platform supporting Investor Services clients
while driving the continued growth of the firm's Healthcare Practice Group. His appointment
bolsters Cushman & Wakefield's Strategic Plan to provide the most creative and innovative
services on a consistent basis on behalf of its clients.

Mr. Johnson draws on more than 25 years of leadership experience in driving medical office
space solutions. With a unique sensitivity and understanding of the regulatory processes
surrounding medical issues, he will drive Cushman & Wakefield's broad capabilities in
medical Property and Facilities Management. Partnering with front-line colleagues in all U.S.
markets he will assist in leveraging opportunities for clients while maintaining a robust and
consistent service mix in a competitive landscape.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President,
Director of Property Management with Lend Lease Healthcare Development, formerly the DASCO
Companies, which he joined in 2006. His previous roles include high level positions with Hammes
Company, Lillibridge Health Trust, and Rush University Medical Center.
Mr. Johnson holds a Masters in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from DePaul
University and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Accounting, Economics, and Management from Albion
College.
