amount of energy and I look forward to working with her to grow our CIS group."
"The Dallas-Fort Worth area has been identified in our overall strategy as one of three
key regions in the United States for C&W CIS, and it is a critical component of our growth
locally and to support the successful expansion of our national platform of corporate and
investor services," said Tom Bahn, Managing Director and Area Leader of CIS, based in
Denver, Colorado. "Cindy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her successful
history with C&W and from the competition in other first tier markets, and she can bring
those ideas and creativity to enhance our service delivery platform for our DFW area clients
and for our national clients with investments locally."
Ms. Burger joins the company from CBRE, where she was a Managing Director responsible for the
leasing, marketing and property management of more than 50 million square feet of office,
industrial and retail space. Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, she was a Director in Cushman &
Wakefield's Irvine, California office, where she managed the firm's Orange County/San Diego

"I am thrilled to be back with Cushman & Wakefield and part of a growing market in
DFW," said Ms. Burger. "C&W's platform, brand, flexibility to solve issues, and
client focus make C&W the perfect company to expand along with the market."
The Dallas CIS team currently handles more than seven million square feet of Property and
