Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W) announces the sale of Pitman Corners, a
192,267-square foot grocery-anchored retail center located at 1301 Custer Road in Plano,
TX.
Tom Salanty and Chris Harden from C&W's Capital Markets Group in Dallas represented the
seller, Weingarten Realty Investors. O.R.D.A. Corporation was the buyer.
"Pitman Corners is a good example of a strategic asset in a mature neighborhood that
continues to stand the test of time," said Mr. Salanty.
Situated on the southwest corner of Custer Road and West 15th Street in Plano, the retail
center is 83% leased to a solid mix of local, regional and national tenants including
Albertsons.
