Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has hired veteran real estate appraiser, Sean
Kelly, MAI, to serve in its valuation services group.
Kelly brings to the company more than 26 years of real estate appraisal expertise, having
worked with a wide range of property types including land, commercial, industrial and apartment
properties, as well as unique properties such as airport hangars, health clubs, auto
dealerships, self-storage facilities and high-density, mixed-use land. Kelly specializes
in income-producing properties. In addition, Kelly possesses substantial expert witness
testimony experience dating back to 1986. He has performed real estate assignments in a
multitude of states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas
and Utah.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kelly served for 13 years as president of Kelly
Commercial Consultants. Previous to that, he was manager and senior vice president of the
Phoenix Appraisal and Consulting Services division of Grubb & Ellis Company.
Kelly has an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has been an active leader both
locally and nationally of that organization. He also is a Certified General real estate
appraiser in the State of Arizona. Kelly holds his bachelors degree from the
University of Arizona.
