Five Guys Joins 5 Points

The Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors Team announces that Monument Restaurants V #3 (FP),
LLC, dba Five Guys Burgers and Fries, has signed a 120-month, $1,020,600 lease for 2,700 square
feet of retail space in 5 Points Shopping Center at 18645 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach,
Calif. (92648).
The Virginia-based restaurant franchise company that boasts over "250,000 possible ways to order a burger," plans to open for business in November of 2010.
In the transaction, Chris Walton, Kam Walton and Nick Alford of the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors Team represented the lessor, Mickel 5 Points Holdings, LLC, and Beach Center Partners. The lessee was represented by Molly Bonwell of CB Richard Ellis.
5 Points Shopping Center is a 46,607-square-foot neighborhood center which is anchored by Big 5 Sporting Goods and Goodwill Classic Closet.
