A frequent recipient of top producer awards, Margery Johnson has been recognized by C&W as top local broker in her group for several years. She has annually received the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society’s Hallmark Awards.

Among major recent transactions, Margery Johnson represented the Chinese government in 2005 in their sale of 365 acres in Kissimmee, and in 2006 sold a 50 acre parcel on the Beachline and 21 acres on South International Drive. Other recent land sales in Central Florida have included the sell-out of the 170-acre SouthCenter business park; a 65-acre resort site in Kissimmee; final parcels in Highpoint Commerce Center; a high end condo site on Big Sand Lake; 157 residential acres in Lake County, and other retail, resort and commercial parcels, along with 11 hotels.  She currently represents the owners of 345 acres for mixed use on the Indian River at the entrance to Kennedy Space Center.
