Bixby Land Selects Cushman & Wakefield to Manage 3.5M SF Portfolio

The firm will manage 37 properties throughout Southern California

Bixby Land Company has awarded Cushman & Wakefield a property management contract for its portfolio of 37 office, industrial and retail use properties totaling 3,440,827 square feet, with locations throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties, San Diego and the Inland Empire which encompasses their Southern California portfolio, not inclusive of Northern California or Arizona properties.

Cindy Burger, a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions group, will be managing the portfolio. Cindy Osmundson, named Portfolio Manager, will be supervising the office part of the portfolio.

The portfolio consists of 1.6 million square feet of industrial, 600,000 square feet of retail and 1.3 million square feet of office space. The office properties include buildings in highly desirable submarkets in Newport Beach, Irvine and Seal Beach. Industrial space comprises of buildings in the Inland Empire ranging from 20,000 to 400,000 square feet. Most of the retail-use properties are located in Long Beach.
