  • 90,000 SF of Recent Leases Signed at Airport Corporate Center

    Cushman & Wakefield announced today more than 90,000 square feet in lease transactions completed at Airport Corporate Center over the past three months.

    Located in Miami's Airport/West-Dade submarket at the intersection of the Dolphin and Palmetto Expressways, Airport Corporate Center is a one million-square-foot, 11-building mixed-use business park owned by Hines.

    Richard Bamonte and Janette Driggers of Cushman & Wakefield are the exclusive leasing agents for Airport Corporate Center. Mr. Bamonte and Ms. Driggers represented Hines in marketing the available space and in lease negotiations with the tenants.

    The latest lease transactions include:

    Airport Corporate Center's 7200 Building

    -Camanchaca Inc. signed a lease for 2,374 square feet.
    -Multiflora Corp. signed a lease for 1,372 square feet.
    -Crow Latin America Inc. signed a renewal for 1,044 square feet. Rejane Goncalves of Home Connection Realty represented the Tenant in this lease.
    -Oriental Logistics Miami Inc. signed a renewal for 980 square feet.
    -Marchon Eyewear signed a renewal for 2,039 square feet.
    -Fedex Trade Networks Transport signed a renewal for 40,229 square feet. Fred Placke of Fischer & Company represented the Tenant in this lease.
    -Paramount Security signed a lease for 4,209 square feet.
    -GM Underwriters signed a lease for 2,309 square feet. Gonzalo Rioja of Stone Miller represented the Tenant in this lease.

    Airport Corporate Center's 7205 Building

    -Systeam signed a lease for 2,987 square feet.
    -Gems Global signed a renewal and expansion for 2,407 square feet.

    Airport Corporate Center's 7235 Building

    -Sigma Pharmacy Corp. signed a lease for 1,692 square feet.
    -The SeaMarsh Group, Inc. signed a lease for 7,400 square feet. Steve Hubberman and Chris Lovell of Studley represented the Tenant in this lease.

    Airport Corporate Center's 7300 Building

    -Ezetop LLC signed a lease for 2,679 square feet. Gonzalo Rioja of Stone Miller represented the Tenant in this lease.
    -First-Citizen's Bank & Trust Co. signed a lease for 14,973 square feet.
    -Coby Electronics signed a lease for 2,584 square feet. Robert Palacios of Regency Commercial Properties represented the Tenant in this lease.

    Airport Corporate Center's 7600 Building

    -Roanoke Asset Management signed a lease for 4,208 square feet. Darren Campbell of Campbell Real Estate Advisory Group represented the Tenant in this lease.

    Located on 50 acres, Airport Corporate Center's has four class-A office buildings, two class-B office buildings, four one-story office/showroom buildings and a warehouse building. The park's amenities include floor plan flexibility, ample free parking, generators that provide continuous power to select buildings within the property, 24-hour security, an on-site cafeteria-style restaurant, and a variety of nearby premier hotels, restaurants, entertainment facilities and financial institutions. The office park's tenant base is comprised of prominent companies including Norwegian Cruise Line, United Health Care and BellSouth.

    Availabilities in Airport Corporate Center include spaces ranging from 1,000 to 35,000 square feet in the class-A buildings, spaces from 500 to 9,000 square feet in the class-B buildings, spaces from 3,000 to 11,000 square feet in the office/showroom buildings and two spaces consisting of 6,700 square feet and 10,000 square feet in the warehouse property.

    There are plans for an additional 250,000 square feet of office space, to be housed in one or two new class-A office buildings, which will be built on a vacant parcel on the west side of Airport Corporate Center. The buildings are currently being offered for pre-leasing and on a built-to-suit basis.
