Cushman & Wakefield Awarded Exclusive Leasing for 6110 Executive Boulevard in North Bethesda

Cushman & Wakefield of Maryland, Inc. (C&W) today announced it has been awarded the
exclusive agency agreement to lease 6110 Executive Boulevard in North Bethesda as part of the
renovation and repositioning plan underway by the building's owner, Washington Real Estate
Investment Trust (WRIT).
C&W Senior Directors Andy Regan and Kevin McGloon and Director Peter Rosan have been tapped
by WRIT to lead the rebranding campaign and marketing effort. C&W will be marketing 60,000
square feet (sf) of Class B office space in the North Bethesda office building, which also
serves as WRIT's headquarters.
"We are delighted to support leasing," said Mr. McGloon. "Sixty.one.ten is a
legacy headquarters building for WRIT, and caters to tenants of all sizes, with cutting edge
spec suites on the 4th Floor to its entire 22,000 sf 'build-to-suit' on the 10th
Floor."
Sixty.one.ten is ideally situated off of Montrose Parkway and within minutes of the rapidly
developing White Flint neighborhood. Located near I-270 and I-495, and minutes to the White
Flint Metro station, the building offers a campus-like setting with direct transportation
connections to downtown Washington, D.C., northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. The building
garnered an Energy Star label in 2011.
