Lynch joins Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield hires Bill Lynch as Leasing ManagerCushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Office announced today that Bill Lynch has joined the Atlanta Office’s Agency Leasing group as a Leasing Manager. In this role, Lynch will assist in the leasing of the Atlanta agency leasing portfolio, which currently consists of approximately 1.5 million square feet of office properties and includes 10 10th Street, Piedmont Center Building 14, 55 Park Place, and 104 Marietta Street.
“Bill’s addition to the team is very exciting for two reasons. C&W’s recent success within the third party landlord leasing arena confirms what we already knew. Atlanta had a need for a service provider with a differentiating platform, and C&W is able to fill that need. Bill, who brings with him expert leasing skills and market knowledge, allows us to further assist our current and future clients as their investments in Atlanta grow,” stated Lisa Dunavin, Senior Director of Agency Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lynch served as a Leasing Representative with Duke Realty Corporation in Atlanta, where he received the 2003 Dealmaker of the Year award for the company, and Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, where he served as Leasing Director for the firm’s suburban office leasing portfolio. Most recently, Lynch was the Vice President of Office Leasing for Dewberry Capital Corporation in Midtown Atlanta.
Lynch received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, and his JD/MBA degree from Indiana University prior to his career in commercial real estate services and development. Lynch resides in Buckhead with his wife, Dana, an attorney with Kilpatrick Stockton, and their two-year-old son, Will.
