SER Solutions Signs Long-Term Lease At Merritt 8 In Stratford

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that SER Solutions has signed a lease for 11,569 square feet at Merritt 8 Corporate Park at 99 Hawley Lane in Stratford, Conn.

SER Solutions, a software consulting firm took space on the second floor of the five-story, 178,000 square foot property. The company will relocate from South Norwalk.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Tom O’Leary, senior director, serves as exclusive leasing agent for Merritt 8, and represented the landlord, Tarragon Corporation in the lease negotiations. Judd McArthur of Cresa Partners represented SER Solutions.

Merritt 8 is a 178,000 square foot office property that is three-quarters occupied to a tenant roster that includes New York Life and Cablevision. There are approximately 57,000 square feet currently available for lease.
